      <image:title>Home</image:title>
<image:caption>Exercise is an important part of daily life for anyone who wants to stay healthy. For people with Parkinson’s disease, it’s much more than that. Exercise is vital to maintaining their quality of life. Exercise improves motor symptoms such as balance, coordination, flexibility, and posture as well as non- motor symptoms of fatigue, sleep, constipation and depression. Exercise helps your brain use dopamine more efficiently. “If exercise could be packed into a pill, it would be the single most widely prescribed and beneficial medicine in the nation” – Dr Robert Butler, Past Director of the National Institute of Aging.</image:caption>
